Does it support zone-based batch picking?
Yes — orders are clustered by delivery zone into optimised pick lists with bin locations, so one walk fills multiple baskets.
Can it track stock down to the bin?
On-hand is maintained per rack, shelf and bin in real time, with auto de-listing of zero-stock SKUs and reorder triggers.
How are SLAs tracked?
Every order carries a live countdown timer with ageing alerts, and station dashboards show pick rate, pack time and SLA hit-rate.
Does it handle rider dispatch?
Packed orders are assigned to riders, nearby drops are clubbed into routes, and handoff to delivery is tracked end to end.
What about returns and damages?
RTO, damaged and short items are captured at the door and reconciled back to stock or written off, with the ledger updated automatically.
Will operations survive a flaky connection?
Picking and packing keep working offline and sync automatically when the link returns, so the floor never stalls.
