1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the EkaTantra platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscription & Payment
The platform is offered on a monthly subscription basis across four tiers: Micro, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Pricing is published at /pricing. Payment is due monthly in advance. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment beyond 14 days.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to violate any law, transmit malware, spam customers, infringe third-party IP, or interfere with the service's operation.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data (GSTIN, TAN, employee records, recipes, prices), compliance with your local laws (food safety, tax, employment), and securing access to your account.
5. Data ownership
You own all data you upload. We act as a data processor on your behalf with respect to customer data, and as a controller with respect to administrative usage data.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for Mid-Market and Enterprise tiers. Maintenance windows are announced in advance via the status page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days for re-activation, after which it is permanently deleted (except records subject to statutory retention).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
