Theme Park · FAQ
Theme Park software, answered.
How does cashless payment work in the park?
Each RFID wristband carries a wallet; guests top up once and tap to pay at every stall, ride and game. Balances, refunds and stall takings reconcile to the rupee automatically.
Can guests buy tickets online before arriving?
Yes — day passes, season passes and combos sell online with date-based capacity caps, and guests arrive with a QR that swaps for a wristband at the gate.
Does it manage ride queues?
Virtual queues and timed fast-passes let guests reserve a ride slot from their phone, cutting standing time and smoothing crowd flow.
What stops one wristband being shared or reused?
Anti-passback rules on entry and ride access block reuse, and lost bands can be voided and re-issued without losing the wallet balance.
Can I sell food and merchandise on the same system?
Yes — every F&B and merchandise stall runs on the same cashless POS with shared inventory, so stock and revenue stay unified.
Is GST handled across tickets, food and merchandise?
Correct tax with the right HSN treatment for tickets, F&B and merch, plus rounding and IRN e-invoicing, is built in.
What insights do I get during the day?
Live footfall, ride throughput, dwell time and per-zone revenue help you staff and restock the right spots in real time.
